ME CLUB - Terms & Conditions
Please find our general terms below, any exceptions to the conditions below must be approved by management.
Me Club payments are made by Pre-Authorized Debits or PADs - payment is taken directly from your bank account bi-weekly.
Can I start my treatments now?
Yes. As soon as your first payment is made your membership is active!
If you do not have enough credits to pay for your service, simply pay the difference at checkout.
5% Retail Discount
Your 5% discount can not be added to sale items, however, you can use it in conjunction with earned Remedy Rewards. Credits can not be used to purchase retail.
We reserve the right to withhold the discount on certain products.
Freebies
The Jelly Mask, Brow Tint & Shape, and BioRePeel must be booked in the same appointment as a Facial.
Can I still book facial specials?
Me Club Credits may be used for any Facial special ie. Free brows with a SuperFacial, however, the 10% discount would not apply.
LED Lounge
Lounge sessions must be booked with reception and can be enjoyed as an independent visit OR combined with any scheduled trip to Remedy. We recommend bringing headphones for an immersive experience.
LED Lounge sessions are up to 30 minutes. They can not be saved or rolled over. Their value is non-transferable.
Tipping
Credits on your account can not be used to tip your therapist.
Take a Break
You can pause your membership at any time and your credit will remain until you can re-join.
Cancellation
You can cancel your membership at any time, please let us know 14 days in advance. Me Club Credits will not expire, however, membership discounts + vouchers will not apply after cancellation.
