CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations and re-scheduling of appointments can be done either online or over the phone, up to 48 hours prior to the booking time.

Any cancellations or re-scheduling within 48 hours of the appointment commencing are made with the understanding that you will be subject to a charge totalling 50% of the treatment(s) cost.

Any cancellations or re-scheduling requests made the day of your appointment will be subject to a charge totalling 100% of the treatment(s) cost.

Please know that this measure is in place to protect our therapists’ time, and we appreciate your understanding surrounding this matter.
